Along with on-site support, ISE will offer extensive training to designated personnel in all aspects of drive system diagnosis, maintenance, and operation.

To help assure the success of the proposed program, ISE will provide extensive training in operation and maintenance of the hybrid-electric drive system and its components. This training will cover the auxiliary power unit and all hybrid-electric drive components and aspects of the vehicles affected by the hybrid system.

ISE will also provide training, operations, and maintenance manuals.

ISE already has extensive documentation relating to the maintenance of fuel cell and hybrid-electric vehicles, as its vehicles have accumulated tens of thousands of miles of "real world" revenue service since 1998. This experience base separates ISE from many of its competitors, many of whose products have little or no history of use in real world applications.
