AC Transit
 AC Transit is one of the largest public transit operators in the United States, with a fleet of 817 buses and an annual ridership of over 70 million passengers. It serves over 1.3 million people living in 13 cities in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, Berkely, Newark, and Fremont. In May 2002, AC Transit formally contracted with ISE, UTC Fuel Cells, and Van Hool Bus Company to build three 40' fuel cell prototype buses, with the first bus scheduled to be delivered in July 2004.

Omnitrans
Omnitrans is the public transit agency serving the San Bernardino Valley. Founded in 1976 through a joint powers agreement, Omnitrans carries over 15 million passengers each year throughout its 480-square mile service area. Omnitrans was the first transit agency to purchase buses using ISE's gasoline hybrid drive system.

City of Anaheim
The City of Anaheim's Commuter Services Office was established in 1989 in order to help meet Federal and State Clean Air Act requirements. In the summer of 2001 two advanced electric trams, developed by ISE in partnership with Trams International, entered service in the Anaheim resort Area. These vehicles are being operated in a high visibility area at the Anaheim Convention Center, across the street from Disneyland.

SunLine Transit Agency
 SunLine is one of the leading edge agencies in the area of alternative energy technologies. SunLine's compressed natural gas (CNG), Hythane, hydrogen fuel cell, and electric powered transit fleet is a daily example of clean air technology. Recently ISE delivered the first commercially-available hybrid hydrogen internal combustion engine Bus to SunLine Transit, where the bus is being used in regular operational service in SunLine's all-alternative fuel vehicle fleet.

Long Beach Transit
 Long Beach Transit serves the fifth largest city in California, providing transportation to over 27 million people annually. The operating fleet consists of more than 250 vehicles and over 40 routes through the Long Beach and Southeast Los Angeles Area. In 2003, Long Beach approved a purchase of 107 gasoline hybrid New Flyer buses using ISE drive System, 27 to be delivered in 2005.

The City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT)
 LADOT is responsible for the development of programs and implementation of solutions to meet the ground transportation need of Los Angeles traveling public and commerce. LADOT's transit fleet consists of nearly 400 vehicles which operate over 800,000 revenue hours and serve approximately 20 million passenger boardings per year. LADOT has been tested buses with new ISE technologies since 1999 in Downtown Los Angeles.

New Jersey Transit
 New Jersey Transit is the nation's third largest provider of bus, rail and light rail transit, linking major points in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia. The agency's fleet consists of 2,027 buses, 711 trains, 45 light rail vehicles and provides nearly 223 million passenger trips each year. New Jersey Transit is operating a fleet of 3 Nova RTS diesel-hybrid buses using ISE drive systems.
