Motor Coach Industries (MCI)
 MCI, headquarters in Schaumburg, Ill. and operating plants in Winnipeg and Pembina, N.D., is North America's leading manufacturer of intercity coaches serving charter and tour operators; line-haul and scheduled-service operators; transit agencies; and conversion companies. With more than 2,000 employees, MCI also operates six sales centers and seven MCI Fleet Support service centers and is a leading supplier of coach and bus replacement parts. In 2002, MCI entered into an agreement with ISE to develop the first hybrid-electric commuter bus. The first four buses, delivered to New Jersey Transit in 2003-04, used components supplied by Allison and integrated by ISE.

Thor Industries, Inc.
 Thor Industries Inc, the largest manufacturer of small and mid-sized buses in North America, entered into a strategic partnership with ISE in 2000 to develop and market fuel cell powered hybrid buses. Thor and ISE jointly formed ThunderPower LLC, with ISE holding a 20% equity stake. A 30-foot fuel cell bus built by Thunder Power in 2001-02 recently completed two years of highly successful test operations with several transit agencies in California.

New Flyer Industries
 New Flyer, a leading North American manufacturer of large transit buses, reached agreement with ISE in early 2003 to utilize ISE's new gasoline-hybrid drive system in its buses, and recently secured the first large volume order for hybrid buses using a ISE-supplied system. Additionally, New Flyer is offering ISE's diesel hybrid system and is working with ISE on the Company's "hydrogen ICE" hybrid bus.

Van Hool
 Van Hool, a leading manufacturer of transit buses in Europe, reached agreement with ISE in 2002 to manufacture a special variant of its 40-foot bus designed to and accommodate ISE's new fuel cell based hybrid drive system. Additionally, ISE and Van Hool are preparing to work together to develop an installation of ISE's gasoline hybrid system into Van Hool buses.

Optima Bus Corporation
 Optima Bus Corporation (formerly Chance Coach, Inc.) offers a complete line of transit buses and trolleys, including CNG and LPG powered models. ISE has entered into a partnership with Optima to develop a diesel hybrid variant of Optima's sleek, modern "Opus" bus model. The first hybrid Opus using ISE's hybrid drive technology will be showcased to customers throughout North America starting in May 2005.

Complete Coach Works (CCW)
 Complete Coach Works, founded in 1987, performs retrofits, repairs, and modifications of transit buses, highway coaches, and support vehicles. Complete Coach Works has performed every type of retro-enhancement from air-conditioning to complete bus remanufacturing. In partnership with CCW, ISE supplied fully integrated hybrid-electric drive assemblies to CCW, which installed the assemblies into a fleet of 17 remanufactured Gillig 40-foot buses.

Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle Systems, L.P. (TVS)
 TVS, a segment of Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc., designs, manufactures, tests and supports tactical vehicles from their principal facility in Sealy, Texas. ISE is working with Stewart & Stevenson to integrate and test ISE's series hybrid drive system in military tactical trucks. Prototype trucks using ISE's system are scheduled to be completed and tested in 2005.
