United Technologies Corporation (UTC)
UTC, the world's leading manufacturer of fuel cells, has partnered with ISE to assist its UTC Power division in installing fuel cell-based drive systems into heavy-duty vehicles. The ISE-UTC $10 million contract with two California transit agencies was the first-ever sale of fuel cell powered buses in the U.S.

Ford Motor Company is the world's second largest automaker, with approximately 335,000 employees in 200 markets on six continents. Ford supplies ultra-low-emission Ford Triton gasoline engines for ISE's ThunderVolt® drive system. In addition, a New Flyer 40-foot bus, delivered to SunLine Transit, was the world's first sale of a transit bus using Ford's hydrogen-burning internal combustion engine.

Lynntech, Inc.
Lynntech Inc., a supplier of fuel cell systems, reached agreement with ISE in September 2004 to integrate a hybrid-electric drive system into an NMC-Wollard MB-4 tow tractor for the U.S. Air Force. This agreement fortifies ISE's leadership position in the integration of fuel cells into heavy-duty vehicles. Lynntech is the third fuel cell manufacturer to use ISE's hybrid-electric drive technology to enhance the performance of its fuel cells in heavy-duty vehicles, along with UTC Power and Hydrogenics.

Hydrogenics Corporation is a leading clean power generation company, engaged in the commercialization of fuel cell technology and test stations for fuel cells.
