Employment Policy/Business Principles

 

ISE Corp. and its affiliates create value from the design, development, manufacturing, and integration of electric and hybrid-electric components and energy systems.  We develop and integrate energy-related technologies.  Our goal is to be profitable but only in accordance with the following Principles of Doing Business.

WE ADD VALUE TO OUR CUSTOMER’S VEHICLES AND OTHER PRODUCTS.  We continually work to improve our performance in all aspects of our business.  Our systems increase efficiency, reliability, operability, safety, maintainability, and provide increased customer value.  We are relentless in our attention to planning and detail.

Principle 2

WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO DO WELL BECAUSE THAT IS BEST FOR ALL OF US.  Our customers include our financial partners, stockholders, Employees, contractors/suppliers, vehicle or service purchasers, and the community.  We foster a partnership attitude among all of these stakeholders.  We endeavor to understand and stress the commonality of interests in a relationship.  This serves everyone’s interest.  We understand there are no one-sided victories.  All parties must be satisfied that they have been treated fairly for a deal to be successful.

Principle 3

WE BELIEVE THAT OUTSTANDING CHARACTER IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS.  We are people of our word.  We are diligent in selecting Employees and business associates who share our principles.

Principle 4

WE RESPECT RISK.  We endeavor to identify and manage risk systematically.  We accept necessary risk where appropriate reward is available, but only after we have considered all means to reduce or mitigate it.  Risk control is a cornerstone of our management strategy.
