General Description:
Senior Field Service Technician, Long Beach Greater LA area.
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to assigned customers.
- Provide both warranty and non-warranty repair to assigned customers.
- Communicate repairs both orally and in written form to the customer and ISE Regional Service Manager.
- Provide factory support at assigned original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) sites.
- Comply with and support ISE’s and Customers’ Safety and HR policies and procedures.
- Eligible to travel outside the USA.
- Meet requirements for CDL.

- Climbing and working at heights above 10 ft
Work Experience Requirements:
5+ years in direct heavy-duty vehicle maintenance. Strong working knowledge of electrical and power generating systems, working knowledge of typical vehicle diagnostic tools and processes such as CAN, OBD. Demonstrated exceptional troubleshooting capabilities using diagnostic equipment including multi meters, laptops, engine diagnostic equipment.
Education Requirements
ASE certified Medium/Heavy Duty or equivalent technical experience.
